Untied AU retains a strict no return policy which is to be applied on all products listed on the site unless the condition of items differs from those advertised on the site.
As Untied AU is an online consignment store, all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once a transaction / order is made, the consigner is paid out for their items. Untied AU acts as a middleman between the consignee and the consignor.
We advise our customer to carefully check sizing when purchasing, as we do not return or exchange on wrong sizing selection. Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered due to change of mind etc.
All items listed on our website are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. If any items sold via our website are deemed to be unauthentic, Untied AU will intiate a full refund immediately, covering all costs incurred in the process.
