Exchanges & Returns Policy
Extended Christmas Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for size corrections only. If you have an issue with the size of the product you've received, you are eligible for an exchange for your perfect size if you contact us within 60 days of delivery unless it has been arranged otherwise. We cannot facilitate exchanges or any form of return on change of mind purchases.
Should the replacement size have a different price than the original item purchased, the customer is responsible for paying any additional cost associated with the higher-priced size.
Condition of Items for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in.
- The proof of purchase must also be provided.
- The item should retain all original tags and any additional laces and/or accessories that came with the product
- Should not have any creases from try-on or wear, and should not show any sole wear or debris (applicable for sneaker items)
Please ensure that the item is packaged inside a shipping box, not a satchel. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage costs related to the exchange.
The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

Store Credit
Due to the limited nature of our products. In certain circumstances, we may only be able to offer store credit. Please note that our store credit does not have an expiration date for your convenience.
